WHAT TIME DO I NEED TO ARRIVE FOR MY TIMED TICKET?

You must arrive within the first 20 minutes of the half hour slot you purchased (eg. arrive before 3:50 p.m. for a 3:30 – 4:00 p.m. Ticket). Note your ticket is only valid for the date and time purchased. If you miss your timeslot your ticket is no longer valid.

 HOW MANY TICKETS CAN I PURCHASE?

Each purchaser is allowed up to 6 tickets.

 DO I NEED TO PRINT MY TICKET?

Nope, simply save your confirmation number from booking online and you are good to go!

DO YOU REFUND TICKETS OR CHANGE TICKET TIMES? 

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. We cannot transfer tickets for any reason as we only a limited amount of people in during each time slot. No exceptions can be made.

 ARE TICKETS AVAILABLE AT THE DOOR?

All booking and availability goes through our website.

IS THERE PARKING AT YOUR LOCATION?

IS THE SHOWROOM WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?

Yes we are, in fact we are fully ADA Compliant 🙂

ARE PETS ALLOWED IN THE SHOWROOM?

Because of the technology around the showroom, animals are not permitted. The only exception is for service animals.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO EXPERIENCE THE SHOWROOM?

The Gateway VR Showroom is designed to be ~50 minutes of immersion throughout all of the exhibits.

DO YOU HOST PRIVATE EVENTS OR HAVE CORPORATE PARTNERSHIPS?

 IS THIS AN OFFICIAL SHOWROOM?

Yes, in fact experiences are being developed in real time behind the curtains. All experiences on display are available for licensing, please contact business@gatewayshowroom.com

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MERCHANDISE?

All sales within the Gateway VR Showroom are final – we do not accept any exchanges or returns.
